By using YATTA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Use of the App
YATTA is provided for personal use to track time using Toggl. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the app.
Intellectual Property
YATTA and all related content are owned by Coodly and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YATTA is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Coodly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of YATTA.
Indemnity
You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of the use of this app or any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms of use.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to YATTA at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
